A-V Services Inc., a leading AV company with multiple fortune 100 contracts within the financial, pharmaceutical, and computing industry, seeks a TPT Scheduler. Must have great customer service with emphasis supporting the corporate work sector.

The Technical Production Team Scheduler for AV Services, Inc. will assist with all scheduling of virtual events. The successful Technical Production Team Scheduler will demonstrate strong communication and organizational skills, as well as a full understanding of virtual event planning.

Objectives:

\n
• Manage virtual event support requests from stakeholders in an organized and timely manner.
\n
• Act as communications liaison for Event Producers during pre-show planning; relaying important updates, materials, and event requirements.
\n
• Ownership of scheduling for virtual Zoom events
\n
• Present a professional image and adhere to business policies.
\n

Role and Responsibilities:

\n
• Report directly to Live Streaming Operations Manager.
\n
• Manage all aspects of virtual event scheduling including organizing and communicating with Event Producers
\n
• Schedule virtual Zoom events, meetings, and pre-conferences with stakeholders and Event Producers to field and assess event requirements.
\n
• Drive meetings with clients to assess event level and requirements.
\n
• Handle all communications around event, prior to Event Producer hand-off.
\n
• Transition all pertinent information from the intake process to the internal scheduling tool.
\n
• Maintain an up-to-date organizational chart.
\n
• Maintain an up-to-date calendar reflecting all scheduled live and in-person events.
\n

Job Qualifications

\n
• 2 years of prior experience with Virtual Event Planning responsibilities preferred.
\n
• Reliable, with excellent time management and organizational skills.
\n
• Outstanding abilities to communicate in person, in writing and over the phone.
\n
• Familiarity with common procedures and basic account principles used in the office.
\n
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office and other office management tools and applications
\n
