Production Scheduler

Crusoe is on a mission to accelerate the abundance of energy and intelligence. As the only vertically integrated AI infrastructure company built from the ground up, we own and operate each layer of the stack — from electrons to tokens — to power the world's most ambitious AI workloads. When you join Crusoe, you join a team that is building the future, faster.

We're in the midst of the greatest industrial revolution of our time. The demand for AI compute is boundless, and power is a bottleneck. We're solving that — with an energy-first approach that makes AI infrastructure better for the world and faster for the people innovating with AI.

We're looking for problem-solving, opportunity-finding teammates with a sense of urgency, who believe in the scale of our ambition and thrive on a path not fully paved — people who want to grow their careers alongside a team of experts across energy, manufacturing, data center construction, and cloud services.

If you want to do the most meaningful work of your career, help our customers and partners advance their AI strategies, and be part of a high-performing team that believes in each other, come build with us at Crusoe.

About This Role:

The Production Scheduler is responsible for establishing and managing the master production schedule, acting as the central heartbeat of our plant operations. You will work across several internal teams to ensure that projects are ready to be started, material availability is secured, and delivery deadlines are met.

This role is critical for optimizing project planning, execution, and controls. You will be the primary link between customer expectations and production availability, ensuring that our manufacturing facilities operate with maximum efficiency and minimal downtime.

What You'll Be Working On:
  • Create and maintain the production master schedule to ensure continuous, 24/7 plant operations.
  • Monitor customer orders and collaborate with Project Managers to align delivery expectations with real-time production capacity.
  • Identify critical paths and proactively resolve resource conflicts, material shortages, and manufacturing bottlenecks.
  • Generate scheduling and materials reports to identify potential shipment issues, labor requirements, and inventory gaps.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date project data within the MRP system (Infor Visual Manufacturing).
  • Lead daily, weekly, and monthly production review meetings with leadership, highlighting project status, delays, and workforce needs.
  • Drive collaboration between Procurement, Materials Management, and Production to ensure lead times and warehouse levels are accurate.
  • Monitor and manage the 90-day production outlook, identifying opportunities to refine the scheduling process and improve order fulfillment.
What You'll Bring to the Team:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 3–5 years of experience in production planning, preferably within metal or electrical manufacturing environments.
  • Solid computer literacy in MS Office and Google Workspace (specifically advanced Excel/Sheets); ability to learn new software quickly.
  • Experience with MRP/ERP software (Oracle, SAP, SAGE, or Infor) is highly preferred.
  • Strong understanding of material flows and manufacturing processes.
  • Ability to lift/push/pull up to 50 lbs and stand/walk/bend for 8 hours or more daily.
  • This position is designated a safety-sensitive position and/or is located in a safety-sensitive facility. Drug and alcohol program participation is required. Must be able to pass a background check.
  • A highly motivated self-starter with strong analytical skills and a "team player" attitude.
Bonus Points:
  • Experience with ISO 9001:2015 quality management systems.
  • Specialized training in Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma methodologies.
  • Advanced experience with Infor Visual Manufacturing.
Benefits:
  • Competitive compensation
  • Restricted Stock Units
  • Paid time off & paid holidays
  • Comprehensive health, dental & vision insurance
  • Employer contributions to HSA account
  • Paid parental leave
  • Paid life insurance, short-term and long-term disability
  • Professional development & tuition reimbursement
  • Mental health & wellness support
  • Commuter benefits (parking & transit)
  • Cell phone stipend
  • 401(k) Retirement plan with company match up to 4% of salary
  • Volunteer time off

Compensation will be paid in the range of up to $83,000 -$95,000 + Bonus. Restricted Stock Units are included in all offers. Compensation to be determined by the applicants knowledge, education, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.
