We are seeking a highly skilled Offset Printing Press Operator specialized in Heidelberg Speedmaster SM 74 - 4 Color presses to join our dynamic printing team. In this role, you will be responsible for operating, maintaining, and troubleshooting high-quality offset printing presses to produce vibrant, precise print materials. Your expertise will ensure efficient production workflows, superior print quality, and adherence to safety standards. Duties

• Set up and operate Heidelberg Speedmaster SM 74 - 4 Color offset presses, ensuring optimal color accuracy and registration.
\n
• Interpret production documents, including job tickets and technical specifications, to prepare the press for each run.
\n
• Manage color management processes using graphic design software and prepress tools to achieve consistent color output.
\n
• Perform routine mechanical adjustments and troubleshooting of press components to maintain smooth operation.
\n
• Conduct quality control inspections throughout the print run, verifying color consistency, registration, and print quality.
\n
• Coordinate with prepress and design teams to ensure files are correctly prepared using Adobe Creative Suite and other graphic design software.
\n
• Maintain detailed records of production runs, machine maintenance, and quality checks to ensure compliance with standards.
\n

Requirements

• Proven experience operating Heidelberg Speedmaster SM 74 or similar offset printing presses in a high-volume environment.
\n
• Strong mechanical knowledge of industrial printing equipment and ability to perform routine maintenance.
\n
• Proficiency in color management techniques, including calibration of printers and presses for accurate color reproduction.
\n
• Ability to interpret complex production documents accurately and execute precise adjustments on press machinery.
\n
• Excellent attention to detail with a focus on quality control and adherence to safety protocols.
\n
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple jobs efficiently while maintaining high standards of print quality.
