Interim Director of Nursing RN
Job Summary:

Responsibilities:
Provide leadership and oversight to our nursing team, ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care that aligns with our patient-centered approach
Develop and implement effective policies and procedures to ensure efficient and effective nursing operations
Collaborate with our medical staff and other departments to ensure seamless care transitions and communication
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, accreditation standards, and company policies
Participate in quality improvement initiatives to improve patient outcomes and satisfaction
Mentor and coach nursing staff to achieve professional growth and development
Interim Director of Nursing RN will be based in Winnfield, LA, and will be responsible for overseeing our skilled nursing facility
Requirements:
Interim Director of Nursing RN with a current RN license in the state of Louisiana
Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to work effectively with staff, physicians, and other healthcare professionals
Knowledge of regulatory requirements and accreditation standards for post-acute care settings
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
