We are seeking an energetic, friendly, and organized Front Desk Receptionist to join our growing dental practice. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to provide outstanding customer service. Prior experience in a dental or medical office is a plus, but we are willing to train the right candidate.
Responsibilities:
Greet and check in patients with a warm and professional demeanor
Schedule and confirm appointments
Answer phone calls and respond to patient inquiries
Verify insurance and process payments
Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
Assist with administrative tasks as needed
Job Type:
Full-time (30-36 hours per week)
Salary:
$17.00 - $22.00 per hour (based on experience)

8-hour shifts, no evenings
Office hours: Monday - Thursday (7:30 AM - 4:30 PM) & some Saturdays (7:30 AM - 1:00 PM)
Experience:
Front desk or customer service: 1 year (Preferred)
Experience in a dental/medical office is a plus
