Shift: Night Shift

Schedule: Friday–Tuesday

Pay: $16/hr + $1/hr overnight differential = $17/hr for qualifying overnight hours

Monthly Performance Bonus: $300–$616

Job Description

We are hiring on-Site Night-Shift Customer Support & Sales Representatives to support a leading satellite internet service.

In this role, you will:

• Handle inbound customer calls and provide excellent customer service.
• Assist customers with account and service questions.
• Help with equipment activation, password resets, service plans, and orders.
• Explain products, services, features, pricing, and availability.
• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products or service plans.
• Assist with inbound sales and work toward sales and conversion goals.
• Resolve customer concerns professionally.
• Document customer interactions accurately.
• Use multiple computer systems while assisting customers.
• Meet customer service, quality, productivity, and sales performance goals.

Schedule

Night Shift

Available shift options:

• 9:00 PM – 5:30 AM
• 1:00 AM – 9:30 AM

Paid training: Monday–Friday, 8:00 PM–4:30 AM for approximately 2 weeks.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Comfortable working in a call center environment.
• Comfortable using computers and multiple systems.
• Comfortable with customer service and sales.
• Reliable attendance and transportation.
• Must be available for the full training schedule.
• Must be comfortable working nights and weekends.

This is a 100% on-site night shift position in Monroeville, PA. Remote work is not available.
