Job Description
We are seeking a reliable and personable part-time chiropractic receptionist to join our small, patient-focused chiropractic practice in the Mullica Hill area. Prior chiropractic or health care office experience is helpful but not required as we will train the right person. The ideal candidate embraces a wellness lifestyle and enjoys working and moving at a fast pace. We are seeking someone who exhibits professionalism, attention to detail, good communication skills, and the ability to make our patients feel comfortable and welcome.
Duties include patient scheduling, insurance, collecting payments, data entry, light accounting, filing, management of patient appointment reminder software system and business social media account, and setting patients up on therapy. Mon./Wed.: 1:30-5:30 pm; Tue./Thu.: 1:30-6:30 pm; Fri.: 7:30 am - 1:30 pm. The work schedule is best suited for a college student, new retiree, or anyone looking for some part-time income.
